Your use of this Website and all contents and products herein, is governed by these Terms and Conditions. By using any part of this Website you accept these Terms and Conditions.

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at anytime by updating this posting. It is advised that you check this Website regularly to review these Terms and Conditions because all amendments will also be binding on you.

Pricing
All goods offered for sale via our Website are priced in Pounds Sterling (£). Customs and import duties are not included. The customer is solely responsible for payment of any surcharges. If for any reason these charges are charged back to us we will deduct them from your original payment method.

We accept payment by Cash, Cheque (drawn on a major UK bank) in Pounds Sterling (£) made payable to: Premier Racing Club and we accept the following credit/debit cards: VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Switch and Solo.

Due to fluctuating market values, especially on our Limited Edition Prints, all prices are subject to change but will not be changed once your order is accepted.

Title to the goods will pass to you, the buyer, on payment in full of the price of the goods including carriage.

Delivery
All orders will normally be despatched within 3 working days of your payment clearing to our satisfaction. If any delay occurs you will be notified immediately.

All shipping/delivery charges are shown on your order form prior to your committing to your purchase. Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods however caused or for any consequential loss.

Returns
All items are carefully checked before despatch. Occasionally items may arrive damaged, defective or unacceptable and we will make every effort to rectify the situation.

We will do our best to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

If your goods arrive damaged in transit or faulty, please keep all of the packaging material and notify us within 7 days of receiving them. You will be given the option to have the product replaced at no charge to you or to receive a full refund once we have received the returned goods from you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Should you wish to return a print that is neither faulty nor damaged, you must contact us by telephone or email within 7 days of receiving the item. Once we have received the returned item from you, you will be offered a full refund less the original cost of postage (free to UK & ROI). The cost of return postage under such circumstances must be met by you. All items remain your responsibility until they have been received by us. We cannot refund returned items that are lost or damaged in transit before they reach us. All returns must reach us within 14 days of you receiving the item.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order you may do so by contacting us via email or telephone within 24 hours of placing your order.
Due to our quick despatch targets it is not possible to cancel your order any later than this.

We will attempt to ensure that the information available on the Website at any time is accurate. However we will not be held liable for any errors or omissions. We will use all reasonable endeavours to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after becoming aware or being notified of these. Whilst we attempt to be as accurate as possible with the specifications of the artwork offered for sale, we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies.

Our Privacy Policy
We conform to the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1998. We will not pass any of your information on to any third party unless required to do so by law. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, email address, telephone number. This is to help us process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. We may send you information from time to time with regard to new artwork available. If you do not wish to receive such information please email/phone us with your name and address to let us know.

Copyright for the images shown on our Website remains with Premier Equine Art. Further distribution of the images in whatever format may be the subject of Legal proceedings.

Law and Jurisdiction
The contract shall be deemed to be made in England. All contracts made between Premier Equine Art Ltd and the customer shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute arising therein shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the English courts.
